Service Tool manufacture

Unlike most tooling departments, our department makes all moulds from high grade aluminum. These moulds are easier to use and less expensive in fabrication and maintenance, without losing any of the quality or durability. We have the moulds anodized with abrasive composites and Teflon coating, which ensures that also products from abrasive materials can be produced in large numbers.

De kat distinguishes itself through flexibility, low cost and high speed. Our tooling department is filled with modern CAD/CAM-equipment, which produces all parts for the moulds used in the moulding process. Depending on the product and the quantity of your order, one or more cavities can be placed in the mould. We have also developed a way to standardize different parts of the moulds so that we can develop new moulds more efficiently.
